Listably

Privacy policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

The short version

Listably does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Your documents are read and stored on your iPhone.

Who we are

Listably is published by Dan Stevens. For anything about this policy, email support@listably.co.uk.

Your documents

Web pages you ask it to fetch

When you give Listably a web address, your iPhone requests that page directly from the website, as Safari would. That website sees a normal request, including your IP address. The request does not pass through us, and we do not see which pages you fetch.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple tells the app only whether Pro is active on your Apple ID.

What we do not do

If you email us

If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply, keep it no longer than needed to deal with your request, and never add you to a mailing list.

Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Apart from any support emails, we hold none. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If the app ever starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
